VEX Competition

Every year, Cal Poly SWE partners with the SLO High School Robotics Team, the SLObotics, and help put on their VEX Competition. VEX is a program where students design, build, and program robots to compete in small tasks.

On January 29th and January 30th, Cal Poly will be hosting its 5th annual VEX Competition. 
The California Central Coast VEX Robotics Competition welcomes over 40 robotics teams that will be competing in this year's VEX Robotics Game... "Nothing But Net!" 

The game is played by two alliances – one “red” and one “blue” – and is composed of two teams each. Teams will compete to attain a higher score than the opposing alliance by scoring balls and bonus balls in low and high goal nets. Check out the exciting game video here:
